Parque Tres de Febrero - Massive park in Palermo with multiple off-leash zones. The area near the Rosedal (rose garden) is fully fenced and most popular. Best times: before 9am or after 6pm to avoid crowds. Water available at multiple fountains. Free street parking on weekends. Close to Palermo subway (Line D). Bring poop bags - dispensers often empty. Mix of grass and dirt paths.
