Large park in Belgrano with designated off-leash areas. Best section is near the rose garden — fenced and shaded. Gets busy with dogs after 5pm weekdays, all day weekends. The basics: • Water fountains around the park (bring a bowl) • Street parking available on Echeverría • Metro Bus stops nearby • Watch out for cyclists on shared paths For your dog: • Off-leash areas fully fenced • Popular with golden retrievers and labradors • Good shade from mature trees When to go: After 5pm on weekdays for the social scene, or early morning for quiet time.
