Bois de Vincennes (Lac Daumesnil)

Jardin du Luxembourg - Formal garden in the 6th. Dogs allowed on leash on the paths only (not on the lawns). Beautiful for a stroll but restrictive. Saint-Sulpice metro (L4) is closest. No parking nearby. Many benches for resting. Water fountains available. Better for small dogs who can handle crowds. Very picturesque but not a place for dogs to play.
