Caffeine is a methylxanthine similar to theobromine in chocolate. Dogs are much more sensitive to caffeine than humans. Coffee grounds and beans are more concentrated and more dangerous than brewed coffee.

  • restlessness
  • vomiting
  • elevated heart rate
  • tremors
  • seizures
