Prospect Park - Brooklyn's answer to Central Park. Off-leash hours: 5am-9am and 9pm-1am. Huge Long Meadow is perfect for fetch. Multiple entrances - Grand Army Plaza is main one. Street parking possible on weekdays. Q/B subway to Prospect Park station. Less crowded than Central Park. Water fountains in dog areas. Great community of regular dog owners.
