Yoyogi Park - Massive park in Harajuku. Dogs allowed on leash on paths. Flea markets on weekends. Harajuku JR station is at the edge. No parking. Very crowded on weekends. Good for people-watching. Yoyogi Park metro is close. Water fountains available. Better for short walks than off-leash play (too crowded).
